• Check-in time starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

• Payment types accepted at this hotel: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.

• Card Holder must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. One adult over 18 years of age must be present in all rooms.

• Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are allowed, $75 fee per dog maximum two dogs per room.

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

• The interior common areas of the lodge, guest rooms, porches & outdoor spaces are no smoking zones. A $450 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in these areas.

• Please enjoy roasting your s’mores kit at the fire pits but we can’t allow cooking over the fire pits or on the property. (Not even hotdogs, we’re sorry! Our local DOH will not allow it.)

• Beer wine & cocktails are available for purchase via room service or in the tavern. Please note that with the exception of your inside guest rooms we can’t allow outside alcohol in the common areas (room porches, lawn, tavern & patio) of The Woodhouse Lodge + Tavern. The reason is that we have a liquor license and The NY. State Liquor Authority does not allow consumption of outside beverages in common spaces. A fee of $500 per instance will be charged if any evidence or outside alcohol is found.

Standard reservations:

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in are subject to the total cost of the stay.
• Early checkouts will not be refunded, for any reason.
• An early check-in fee of  $75 fee will apply to check-ins between 11am and 2:30pm. No check-ins will be accepted earlier than 11am.

Group reservations (reservations for two or more rooms):

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in for parties with 2 or more rooms are responsible for the full price of the stay.
• The deposit(s) are non-refundable for Group reservations of 2 or more rooms.
• Requests to reschedule group bookings are subject to availability and must be made a minimum of one month in advance and may incur additional fees or rate increases. If the reservation can not be rescheduled for any reason, it will be considered a cancellation.
• Full property buyout & Room Block Deposits: These can not be booked via the website and require a room block contract. Please email hello@thewoodhouselodge.com for more information. The deposit for canceled or un-occupied rooms are not refundable.

• A 50% deposit is charged at the time of the booking to hold the room(s). The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at check-in. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance i.e. cash or a different credit card, please present it at check-in.

• One-night rentals are granted whenever possible but are solely at the discretion of the reservationist and based on the reservation schedule at that time.

• Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need a late checkout, please inform the front desk with an accurate exit time. Early arrival and late departures will insure a fee of 75$ per room. no check outs will be granted past 1pm. Any check outs past 1 pm will incur the full cost of an additional night. Late checkout is not always an option.
